  • Oversee the purchasing, ordering, and delivery of equipment, resources, and materials required to support ALS and SEN provision.
  • Design, maintain, and manage faculty databases and spreadsheets to support ALS  monitoring, and reporting requirements.
  • Organise and schedule meetings as requested by the faculty management team.
  • Take accurate minutes for meetings as required, ensuring actions are clearly recorded and followed up.

 Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, learners, parents/carers, and external partners.
  • Ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records, including learner and EHCP documentation.

  • Experience or confidence in supporting SEN/ALS administrative processes, including EHCP reviews, transition meetings, and learner support planning.
  • Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults within the College.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities as required.
  • Strong commitment to high standards and excellence in administrative practice.
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline.
