Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week
Basis: Full time, Fixed Term L3 Apprenticeship Duration 21 months

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Course Leader within the Creative Industries section of the Health and Social Care department. As a Course Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure successful learner outcomes and maximise the potential of every student to progress to their chosen destination.

Key Responsibilities
- Support with the periodic sampling of college data checks to ensure accuracy of data for funding submissions and for audit, in order to ensure College group processes and paperwork meet the requirements of current Funding Rules
- Support with the review of learner data across all funding streams, collecting and collating evidence for audit samples.
- Support with the monitoring and tracking of agreed actions and improvements by checking actions have been completed and providing updates to the Funding Assurance & Compliance Coordinator.
- Support with the preparation of internal and external audits across all funding streams, collecting and collating evidence packs to produce for auditors.
- Provide advice guidance and support to staff with queries relating to learner data, funding, eligibility and evidence requirements.
- Support with processing the payment and collection of 16-18 Employer Incentive and Employer Co-investment Payments.
- Respond to queries via telephone, email, letter and face to face.
- Responsible for photocopying, scanning and printing documents for the Registry Department.
- Responsible for managing and distributing the Registry department post, both incoming and outgoing.
- Assist with the validation of student data in a controlled and timely manner and coordinate the correction of any data issues identified.
- Contribute to the preparation and production of timely and accurate data returns when required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Good communication skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Good eye for details.
- Good personal presentation skills.
- Evidence of a desire to work in a busy office environment.
- Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- A commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role
