Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data and BI Analyst to join our Quality and Performance Team. This pivotal role supports data-informed decision-making across the College, driving strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and operational effectiveness.

Working closely with senior leadership, curriculum teams, and support services, you will lead the development and enhancement of robust business intelligence solutions. Your work will ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with the College’s strategic objectives.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Data & BI Analyst, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate a technical team to deliver advanced data analysis and insights that support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
  • Deliver analytics solutions through data analysis, testing, modelling, profiling, and reporting to support business operations.
  • Extract data from various sources, transforming it into a usable format, and loading it into data warehouses or other reporting systems.
  • Ensure data integrity by validating and cleansing data for accuracy, completeness, consistency and security in line with GDPR and College policies.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards.
  • Produce performance analytics and bespoke reporting to monitor impact and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek candidates who have:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree qualification (or equivalent academic qualification) in Computer Science, Computing, Statistics, Mathematics or a data related subject. - Essential

  • GCSE mathematics grade 9-4 (A*-C) - Essential

  • GCSE English Language grade 9-4 (A*-C) - Essential

  • A master’s degree qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, Computing, Statistics,

  • Mathematics or a data related subject. - Desirable

  • A leadership and/or management qualification. - Desirable
