Join Our Team

We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team within the Services Industries department. Reporting to the Commercial Salon Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality hairdressing services in our vibrant Commercial Graduate Salon. This role also includes front-of-house responsibilities, such as managing the salon reception, booking client appointments, greeting guests, and handling enquiries. What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Hair Stylist, you will:

  • Participate, where appropriate in sharing good practice either to individuals or the team to maintain quality of hairdressing within the salon.
  • Promote a professional attitude at all times within the salon and to support a positive team ethic with colleagues.
  • Ensure the wellbeing of clients is maintained at all times.
  • Maintain safe working practices.
  • Maintain an efficiently run salon in the absence of the manager.
  • Observe Health and Safety procedures and Safe working practices.
  • Observe company polices.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek candidates who:

  • To hold a minimum Level 3 hairdressing qualification.
  • A commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role.
  • To have knowledge in Loreal products – Desirable.
