Salary: £23,555 - £24,631 per annum
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week
Basis: Full time

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within a dynamic team environment? We are currently recruiting a Work Placement Administrator to support our busy Work Placement Team in coordinating and overseeing student work experience placements. In this role, you will deliver high-quality administrative and clerical support, while engaging with a diverse range of staff, students, and external employers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the work experience placements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Work Placement Administrator, you will:
- Support Directorate tracking systems.
- Monitor and report student attendance/absences on work placements.
- Follow up student non-attendance from work placement.
- Set up and maintain clerical systems to support the placement team coordinators.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek candidates who:
- Have secretarial or Administration qualifications at Level 2/3 (or are working towards if the candidate is an Apprentice).
- Hold Grade 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
