Join Our Team
We are seeking an Employer Project Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of employer-led small team projects across all T Level routes. In this role, you will work closely with employers, curriculum teams, and work placement leaders to create high-quality, industry-focused project experiences for students. You will manage the planning and coordination process, ensuring projects run smoothly and provide meaningful opportunities for learners to develop real-world skills. If you are passionate about building strong employer partnerships and supporting students to succeed in their future careers, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Employer Project Coordinator you will:
- Scale and manage the delivery of employer-led small team projects across multiple T Level routes.
- Ensure projects align with curriculum requirements and employer expectations.
- Liaise with employers to secure project opportunities and maintain strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with curriculum teams to integrate projects effectively into learning plans.
- Provide guidance and support to students undertaking small team projects.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes.
- Report on project delivery metrics and employer engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek candidates who:
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel as required.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- IOSH (Managing Safely) qualification or willing to work towards
